We know that when chronic conditions are managed appropriately, this reduces the the number of unnecessary ER visits and leads to an overall reduction in healthcare costs. This is why our goal for our patients is to be the healthiest they can be.
Our Evolution
Family First Primary Care has found a home in the Prescott Valley area. Here, we serve local patients who return to us for a lifetime of compassionate and communicative care. As our patients lend us their trust, we give back by filling in the gaps for their medical needs, providing effective care at late hours for low costs, and by continually finding ways to help our community discover the medical experience they'll love and understand.
