Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please call 928-350-8780 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Per company policy a $50 no-show fee will be added to your account if your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please be courteous and cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance so we can provide that time slot to another patient in need of care. Thank you for your understanding!
